Vazquez Rocks




It did rain for 10 mins on this trip. It added some excitement.

The teacher asked the students to observe the holes everywhere in this sandstone. What might have caused them to form?

The trailhead is about a mile past the visitor center. When you get down to the river hike up the creek trail about 500 yards to a big cave for a class picnic in a giant cave!
